TechVantage Innovations ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the MotionTracker Windows desktop application ("MotionTracker") and related website, account, payment, and licensing services.
Video files and tracking data
MotionTracker is designed to process video and tracking information locally on your device. Videos you open, tracking points, generated frames, and exported files are handled on your computer and are not intentionally uploaded to our servers as part of ordinary video processing. You control the files you choose to open and the outputs you save. This statement does not cover files you independently share with us, for example when requesting support.
Information we may collect
When you purchase, activate, or manage MotionTracker, we may process information such as your email address, account identifier, purchase and subscription status, license key or license identifier, activation status, and device-related identifiers needed to administer license activation or device resets. If you contact support, we may also receive the information you provide in your message and any attachments you choose to send.
Payments and accounts
Payments and subscriptions are handled through Stripe. Account authentication and related account records may be handled through Supabase, and transactional emails may be delivered through an email service provider. These providers process information under their own privacy notices and applicable agreements. We do not need to receive your complete payment card number to manage your subscription.
How we use information
We use information to provide and activate MotionTracker, verify licenses, administer subscriptions, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, maintain service security, comply with legal obligations, and communicate essential account or transaction information. We do not sell your video files or tracking data.
Sharing
We may share information with service providers that support payment processing, account management, licensing, hosting, and transactional communications, and when required by law or necessary to protect rights and security. We do not share local video content with these providers through MotionTracker's ordinary video-processing workflow.
Data retention
Files processed locally remain on your device until you remove them. Account, transaction, license, and support records are retained as needed to operate the services, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and protect against misuse. Retention periods may vary by record type and legal requirements.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may manage locally stored video and output files on your own device. Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other controls over personal information we maintain, subject to legal exceptions. To submit a privacy request, contact us through the contact information published on our website.
Children’s privacy
MotionTracker is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through our account and licensing services.
International processing
Our service providers may process account, payment, and licensing information in countries other than your own, subject to applicable protections and legal requirements.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to MotionTracker, our service providers, or applicable requirements. The updated date at the top identifies the current version.
